I was given this little bracelet a few years ago, which had a great effect. Unfortunately I lost the excess chain to help with closing.. After a few exchanges via messenger with Laurence, I received in a few days (because we live several km apart) a piece of chain with explanations in order to put my bracelet back like new, in 5 minutes it was ok.I thank Laurence for this beautiful jewel and also the speed of after-sales service without any costs.I recommend without problem 👍🏻
